Long Term Value

This is a long-term value model.
I invest in companies with a strong balance sheet.
I invest after thorough research on the company’s financial background, market position and corporate leadership is complete.
This model will concentrated in a few equities, preferably ten to fifteen. I rebalance when special situations or better buying opportunities arise.
I sell when equity prices are overvalued or another buying opportunity requires additional capital.
I am a long-term value investor. However, if business conditions change, my positions will be adjusted as needed.
