The model will concentrated in a few equities, preferably ten to fifteen. Rebalancing is done when there are special situations or better buying opportunities arise.
When equity prices are overvalued or another buying opportunity needs additional capital.
Long-term value investor, however if business conditions change positions will be adjusted as needed.
