Investment Report

August 2010

July was one of the most erratic months of trading I can remember.  With almost daily reversals, there were no overlaying technical or fundamental drivers forcing the market to head one way or the other; and there was no recognizable pattern of activity.  Short-term trading during this time period was simply throwing darts; hoping to be out in front of a direction that may or may not have materialized.

Trading and market activity could spark a strong break-out either up or down at any time; and we're sitting out until that happens.
