Chris Kochiya Profile Picture

Chris Kochiya

Individual Investor

Privately trading for about 20 years, I have worked through a couple of bear markets. Over the years, I have learned that one has to ignore a lot of "noise," i.e., trading methods that don't increase account equity, and to zero in on methods that do.

Investment style

When trading mutual funds and ETFs, I typically make decisions based upon pure technical analysis.

How I got started

I started trading when in school, about 20 years ago, with mutual funds.

Personal Interests

I enjoy nature, fine arts, movies, and playing racquet sports.
