FXI - an EFT of 25 stocks on the Hseng market November 15, 2007
No sensible rationale here. I just took a blind leap of faith into the China stock market - bought this EFT because it is the best rated one. In the 2 months I've owned it it has increased 25% in price. I watch it very hard as I know nothing about how to study it. I'm just in for the ride and the profit.

This is a local Tempe, AZ stock. I researched it and presented it to the club. They chose not to buy it, but I just felt it had a lot of potential. So I bought 100 shares the next day at $17.00 I think. It eventually split, and I bought some more at that time. Several of us attended their 2005 Annual Meeting. The stock has fallen on hard times lately and I'm riding it down ôºô ? ? ? I need to study it harder right now.

I bought this the next day after our club studied it and bought it at our meeting. It's been VERY good to me. Split, rose again. I like that in a stock.

Conoco Phillips COP November 15, 2007
This is result of buying 100 shares of Circle K many years ago. It morphed into Tosco, which morphed into Conoco which merged with Phillip Petroleum. It has split. I've taken half of it out for partial downpmt on a house,,, and still it's being good to me.
