Testing safety nets for after-market movement by hedging. Double shares towards the direction you predict it to move, half the amount of shares betting contrarian to that.
This strategy has the potential to be a win win situation if the opening market movement is with-in the parameters of both the long and the short. Then, using technical analysis to determine which one to sell and double down on for that particular day's direction.
