Prior to establishing Vista, John held the positions of Research Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at a regional investment firm. In addition, he served on the Firm’s Board of Directors. John holds a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a CFA charterholder and a CPA (inactive).
Vista Investment Management employs a Core Equity investment strategy for its model portfolio. The model portfolio is highly diversified and has exposure to virtually all major equity sectors. Market timing does not play a significant role in Vista's investment process.
