Deal going through November 07, 2007
The news as of late has been good--the FCC is requesting more info for the merger. Analysts are optimistic...plus, even if the deal doesn't go through, Sirius will be the only satellite radio company to survive.

Simple November 05, 2007
The reason for buying Sirius is simple--improving financial record plus an XM merger looming. Plus the stock's cheap (low cost per share)--though not cheap in the traditional sense, since there's 1.5 billion outstanding shares. I still see this stock being a winner.
