Betting on Asian market January 23, 2008
There's no doubt that the lodging market is soft right now in America's economic uncertainty, but I'm banking on Marriott's ventures into the Chinese market as a way to provide an upper-medium niche that isn't overly present there currently. This stock has been surprisingly resilient in the last few weeks of volatility, and I believe we'll see this stock hit the high 40's-low 50's in 52 weeks.
