I have just learned about this company from fatpitchfinancials and realized that their chairman is not only shareholder friendly, but is using the cash flow of a stable business to create an investment vehicle much like Berkshire Hathaway. I am mainly buying it because of the fact that it is 1) undervalued as a company but 2) most importantly that a shrewd capital allocator is running the company (read the chairman's letter to shareholders). EWY Watchlist idea November 28, 2007
When the Chinese are finally allowed to invest abroad legally, the market which will benefit the most is South Korea. The average PE in EWY is 14, and the country is growing at about 5% a year! This is considered the cheapest emerging/developed market in the world (other than the possibility of Japan). So not only will it benefit from increased money flow ($10 billion per month possibly just from China), but also as people pay up for growth.

QXM Watchlist idea November 28, 2007
Recently showed up on the Magic Formula screen, and whenever a Chinese company shows up there I have to take a better look at it. This is a potential play on the insatiable demand for more communication in China and seems to be cheap on a relative basis, especially to more developed international peers.
