Diversified Bond

Quantitative strategy providing exposure to various sectors within the Fixed Income universe. We invest exclusively in fixed income ETFs.
We use technical and fundamental models to screen for the most attractive sectors of the fixed income universe. Sectors include junk bonds, investment grade corporate bonds, US treasuries, municipal bonds, mortgage backed, and emerging market bonds.
Our strategy is to determine the most attractive opportunities for investment through proprietary quantitative screens. Our research looks primarily at economic factors that have causal relationships in driving interest rates, credit spreads, mortgage pricing, etc.
Depending on market conditions, our portfolio may be invested across multiple sectors, but may also take a concentrated view and be fully invested in a single sector.
We initiate and close positions based on the output of our quantitative screening methodology.
Our strategy is systematic/mechanical and we therefore expect to fully adhere to our screening method's buy/sell recommendations.

6. Benchmark returns have been calculated by Covestor using a time-weighted calculation of daily index valuations and do not include cash, dividends and earnings distributions, or transaction costs. More

7. Leverage indicates the level of margin utilized and is calculated by dividing gross exposure by portfolio net liquidation value.
