Internet Video September 26, 2007
I bought CSCO because I believe internet video, and I'm talking high definition, not Youtube, will grow greatly over the next few years. By some estimates it will grow 10 fold over the next 4 years. I think that the internet will eventually replace cable and satellite as the main distribution medium for tv content. To fuel that growth bandwidths need to increase dramatically in form of additional and updated network switches and routers, both on the ISP side and the consumer side. Cisco offers......

GPS Market Leader September 25, 2007
Garmin is IMHO the biggest brand in GPS devices. They are extremely innovative and have a significant leadership position in multiple segments. They are the US market leader for automotive PNDs, which is still small compared to Europe. They also own the marine and general aviation GPS markets. I also like that they have virtually no debt and are vertically integrated, owning their manufacturing facilities, distribution and sales outlets.
