EWZ Watchlist idea December 31, 2007
Another one of those ETFs that I wish I had gotten into 5 years ago, but it still appears holds much promise for healthy gains through a potentially dificult 2008. Hoping the market volatility will bring the price down about 5 - 8% in the near future so that I can snap up some shares. Given the level of interest in this ETF, it may not really drop below 80, if at all, but I will wait and see a couple of months to see what the trends are.

The Indian economy looks like it will expand at a healthy in rate in the medium to long term. I would like to buy and hold this for atleast a year, maybe two. Slightly higher risk in holding this ETN (vs ETF or Mutual Fund), but this ETN is traded is a sufficiently liquid instrument to provide flexibility (volume ~800K/day) to sell as needed. Missed an opportunity to buy this early in 2007 and again in August with it was trading at a deep discount. If the market volatility continues,......
