Pinnacle Airlines July 24, 2008
I guess I wasn't the only one thinking Pinnacle needed to go up, and apparently the market agreed taking it up 10.1% yesterday. It is down from that today, which in my opinion is just another short term buying opportunity, without even thinking about the long term value of the business (which I do believe in)

I generally haven't been writing much about my option trading which I use to both hedge certain positions and also take bets through leverage. I can't say I'm that confident in the area even though I have made a large portion of my returns in them even though I've only taken a maximum of 5-8% of my equity towards options. Stamps.com is one stock I have really been buying calls and made about a 350% return on them.
Pinnacle (PNCL) is another one of those that I dipped my feet into. Mohnish Pabrai,......

What's going on with Stamps.com? June 24, 2008
Having such a large position in this stock, even a small drop gets my attention, but a 18% drop in the last 2 weeks without any news stock specific news. The only news is macro: oil, commodities are sky high, financials are in the dumps. Your guess is as good as mine on it, just wanted to point out to followers that this might be a good time to jump in on this call. Again, my initial evaluation still strongly holds: Stamps.com - incredible value for cheap
