ADBE just put in a double bottom February 09, 2009
This is a solid stock and should hold up well in the current times. This stock has gotten hammered since November and has now retested it's lows. It is sitting on its 20 and 50 day SMA. Oppenhiemer just put a $27.00 target on it. I think that may be generous based on lower tech spending these days.

EBay has a double bottom January 30, 2009
I hate this stock. Bad model (auctions are dead). AMZN owns the retail (Buy it now) space but, the retail buyer still thinks it should be priced like it was in 2000. It has a double bottom and I think you can trade that. Keep an eye on the NAS and if it looks like a short rally you can pick up some coin here. Keep tight stops on it and when it runs keep tight trailing stops.

MMM puts in a double bottom January 30, 2009
I don't really like technicals, however, the nly ones that seem to work often are Head and shoulders in either direction and double bottoms. MMM has a double bottom so on any multi-day rally it will shoot higher. Play tight stops if you buy and and soon as it starts to run put a tight trailing stop on it to protect your gains. In this market you get your eyebrows melted off if you hold.

Re-bought TBT and SRS as a hedge January 29, 2009
Well I pulled the trigger on SRS and TBT this morning to act as a hedge on my UYG. Good idea but, I didn't sell out of the UYG when it moved downward and the other 2 broke out. I think I was thinking that if SRS and TBT tank tomorrow than UYG will go back up.
I really should have dumped UYG and sold out of SRS and TBT at the close. DUMB DUMB DUMB. I know better I think it's just getting tough to be moving so fast between longs and shorts.
