a pure speculation that may gain control of a valuable asset which could 4x the share price. But Chinese gov't may be playing games with transfer of rights. Downside protected almost 100 % bvy cash in the bank.

but the downside protection is based on assets that won't likely be developed for several (many?) years. Still, I like the reward vs risk and will hold for a year unless market turmoil drags everything into the mud..
