NHN seeking to acquire or form partnership with game developer May 29, 2008
Webzen is a perfect acquistion candidate for this very successful internet/high tech company based in South Korea. NHN has very ambitious plans for itself and I predict a bid for WZEN will come in the near future. While WZEN may not ultimately take the bid and try to continue on it own, it provides solid support for the share price in the near future. Understand that WZEN management is also currently considering strategic options.

This deal will happen, only question now is at what price... Since LS is now willing to offer $8.50, it's somewhere between that and $15.10. Guessing both parties will settle around $12 to prevent the case from going to the Delaware courts. Regardless, based on history, the Delaware courts will likely rule in favor of LEND, so the risk/reward for this trade is looking better and better.

And IDCC is a cash cow... most people would probably think this stock is fully valued, however I think there is some real hidden value especially when the Company begins to settle its complaints with the likes of Samsung and Nokia. More importantly, I think IDCC remains a very attractive buyout candidate for companies such as Qualcomm and Broadcom.
