    An excellent article appears this month in THE TRADERS JOURNAL regarding the outlook for SLV. It reviews the rationale behind its formation in 2006 as a tracking fund as well as its growth in physical silver holdings and the related rise in silver prices. The conclusions reached are that as silver ownership continues to rise through the ETF, so will prices. We appear to be in the earliest phase of a prolonged rise in silver prices.     Medical device stocks and medical stocks generally have started to appear in the STOCKS ON THE MOVE list in IBD, and to be touted by the pundits (Cramer, e.g.). These are considered defensive stocks by many, although biotech itself is a volatile sector. It is my guess for the next stock rotation and IBB is a lower risk way to play this concept.
