Price Momentum

Technical, quantitative model that capitalizes on short-term price momentum. Eight key indicators are used to determine computer-generated trades.
This model uses predefined rules to identify stocks trading on U.S. exchanges that have a significant probability of short term price momentum. Typically invests in no more than five stocks at once with turnover of less than three days. Invests primarily in small cap stocks and only stocks that trade on U.S. exchanges. This model does not use short selling.
Stocks are screened real-time based on price and volume to ensure adequate liquidity.
This model typically invests in no more than five stocks at a time with equal weighting. No one security will account for more than 25% of the portfolio.
Positions are exited based on predetermined rules.
