As I said for the purchase of TIP, my purchase of EWC is part of the International stocks I want to hold for the next year.

I decided to close out my account at amerivest and at the same time rebalance. The purchase of the TIP ETF is a portion of the bond holding I will own by the time all of the rebalancing is competed.
