OC closed at $27.85 on Friday, May 16, 2008. An appreciation of almost 65% since it hit its low of $16.76 on March 17, 2008. The catalysts - perception that the housing is bottoming, good positive coverage in media since the Q1 conference call and positive remarks on CNBC and a case was made that this could be potentially a wind energy play in 2009.
