StockDiagnostics

I select stocks for inclusion in my portfolio from the universe of recommended stocks published by StockDiagnostics.com, an independent financial research provider.
I am a StockDiagnostics.com contributing analyst. I select stocks for inclusion in my portfolio from the universe of recommended stocks published by StockDiagnostics.com. Stocks are added to the StockDiagnostics recommended list based on institutional purchasing trends, discounted cash flow analysis, analyst upgrades, or insider buying and selling. I carefully consider fundamental criteria including cash flows, return on equity, and revenue trends. I may invest in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) or Closed-End Funds to gain exposure to a region or sector.
I currently write company stock reports for StockDiagnostics.com, selecting from companies with positive cash flow characteristics.

I gather both fundamental data and technical analysis from sources including Barron's online, GuruFocus.com, Investor’s Business Daily's Investors.com, SeekingAlpha.com, and Zacks.com. My research also includes brokerage firm data from Charles Schwab and Stifel Nicolaus, among others.
Typically, I hold between 10 and 20 individual investments. Usually, they are US stocks that trade on US exchanges, although they may be ones that have an international presence. I will not invest in American Depositary Receipts. From time to time, I replace positions with stocks that appear to be better values.
My goal is to replace less-attractive companies with more attractive ones, based on a quantitative stock-ranking system at StockDiagnostics.com.
I may at times continue to hold a security that reports unexpectedly low earnings, suffers analyst downgrades, or announces an undesirable acquisition if I believe its representation in the portfolio is of continuing importance.
