It seems the Phil Town system I was using doesn't work well in a bear market, which I feel we are in. VXX performs relative to volatility which I believe we will be experiencing for a period.
I may switch to TIP if the bear continues in a less volatile fashion.

Great financial numbers and lots of room to reach current value. I was hesitant to buy anything in the current market which looks to me like the beginning of a bear but I'm trying not to be a psychic. Sticking to the numbers.
