Camera sensor producer February 27, 2008
I've been in this stock many times before, and for every time with the positive outcome. Stock makes clear cycles, ones that usually run up from the area around $12. So history's repeating.
Today, there would be earnings report. Everybody's expecting that guidance won't show growing estimates. So, odds are that if there would be better then expected numbers, we'll pop high. If not, damage won't be significant (and I already have some gain in reserve). So, let’s see.

BDI drive this stock February 14, 2008
After falling from the top, BDI index is driving to the top once again.
How long and high, I've got no idea. Olympic Games, general lack of materials and industrialization needs of fourth world economy will put a pressure again.

Market report - 2008/02/11 February 11, 2008
Horrific days are after me. Expectations were that everything was about to go down through the floor and every step I've made was into wrong direction. Mine field. Some substantial gains were missed, but it's better safe then sorry.
Finally, MTL went into next step. Considering IPO its mining division valued above current Mcap of MTL sounds so bullish that I'm not considering $150 as a sure bet any more. $200 would be more appropriate.
It's the only Russian steel/mining stock with such excess......

Until recently, under Croatian law it was forbidden for us to buy foreign mutual funds or ETF's. This directive has changed, so it's my first time buying this kind of instruments. I knew for a while what kind of ETF's are on the offer, but there was no interest from my side. Till now.
It's a bear market out there, but I still hesitate to short any particular equity, even there are some interesting plays around. I wouldn't feel well, if I'll take a short. I know myself.
