Brazil banks have only just started lending - up to now people bought property with cash. A growing economy, huge resources, food and oil, and a similar growth to China makes this another long term holder - 20-30 years and buy on dips.

I am buying with a long window of 20-30 years, and will likely buy more on dips and bubbles bursting. Chinese middle class will grow rapidly in the next 30 years, I am in for the long haul, despite bubbles and bursts.
