I like the diversification that this stock offers. Covered calls have limited any of the downside move. I evaluate all stocks and purchase them by looking at the sector diversification. I chose lower P/E ratios and then look at the covered calls. I prefer stocks that have call yields of 4-5% per month. By selling the calls, I am ahead if the market is flat or goes down. I use independent sources to grade the stocks (Schwab, ValueLine and S&P). This stock passes all those filters.

By selling the calls, I am ahead if the market is flat or goes down. I use independent sources to grade the stocks (Schwab, ValueLine and S&P). This stock passes all those filters. Large Cap / Health Care / Finacial I am considering swapping into Humana.

Sepracor moved down big. I used technical analysis to find the bottom and wrote a covered call against the shares. Made a nice 5% in two weeks
