Consulting across a variety of industries, they are growing earnings like crazy. Technicals: HURN broke above a $70.22 buy point on 6/20 on twice normal volume. I was a little late to this one, but still within 5% of the initial buy point.

    Fundamentals: Anixter Intl. is a worldwide electrical parts distributor. Their ability to grow earnings is nothing short of astonishing. The price of copper has greatly helped with this. So if you get in on this trade, watch for the price of copper to fall. Doesn't sound possible, but be mindful of any slow-down in construction worldwide. Yeah, right. Technicals: AXE broke out on 6/29 above a $74.75 buy point on 120% greater than average volume. A clear sign this stock is ready to run.

  • iPhone integration July 02, 2007

    As I talked about in my Apple rationale. I got hold of an iPhone on the first day. I am very happy that I had built up a nice position going into today in Google. YouTube integration with the iPhone is fantastic. Additonally, Google is the default search engine on iPhone and it has Google maps working great. Interestingly, Yahoo is what is used for Finance. I don't that's a strong enough argument to make Yahoo a buy though.
