Didn't want to be short in an uptrending market February 14, 2008
The rise in the market yesterday bothered me. My shorts were going the wrong way. So when the market seemed to be poised for another day of increases, I covered my shorts and got out without losing much skin. Then, the market turned down later in the day. It turned my way but I was off on the sidelines! You just never can tell what's going to happen.
