High Yielding Buybacks

Income-producing basket of companies that have bought back their own shares and demonstrate compelling fundamentals.
I invest in companies that buy back their own shares, thereby decreasing the total number of shares outstanding. For this model, I focus on income-producing companies. I will only invest in financially healthy companies as measured by S&P credit ratings.

I select shares based on fundamental analysis and significant share repurchases. My fundamental analysis includes discounted cash flow analysis, earnings momentum and free cash flow, allowing for continued dividends.
This model will hold approximately 10 securities.
I will sell positions when the fundamentals have changed, when the financial health of the company is compromised or when the market price exceeds the calculated valuation.
