Liston to the data on Imation. The stock normally trades in the ~30 to ~45 range. Here is sits at around 25. So, what happened? Is their product no longer needed? Has a competitor toppled them? Has management suddenly become dumb? No, they had some integration problems with companies recently purchased. True, there was some pricing pressure and shipment delays. Alberto-Culver To Shine October 17, 2007
Friends, the data on Alberto-Culver is shouting that the time is right for the stock to appreciate. Revenues have significantly risen (share net increased about 20%) and most lines are strong. Also, I love companies with lots of cash and this one is growing their cash position. In summary, the company is in strong financial shape, has strong revenue growth projections and HAS NOT EXPERIENCED A STOCK RUN-UP! I look for ACV to hit 36 within a year.
