Deal in the works December 09, 2008
Recently paid off loan for $2.5 million in CASH. Insider buys for 1.25 million shares AFTER a 100% rise in price. Currently seeking authorization to increase A/S. Looks like company will have to spill the beans on whatever they got cooking in the next month or so.
Book Value of .09 as of last 10Q. Hoping for good things from this one.
