Dumping Crappy MOT for end of year taxes December 11, 2007
Its that time of year and I need to offset some long-term gains by selling this long-term turd. What a crap company and thanks for the 25% loss, Zander.

Overvalued market and negative on economy December 08, 2007
Doing some profit taking and moving to a more market/economy neutral portfolio as I believe we are overvalued and the economy will see some level of downturn over the next 24 months. Still have a SPY position but smaller and also have hedged with SPY Put options.

Hit my limit December 05, 2007
Was holding solar as a bet against oil but this ran up and hit my standing limit order so profit taking here. Will be back into solar (perhaps in FSLR) on the dip as defense.

Using solar as a defensive position bet against oil. As oil goes up (inevitably) so should these.
