H&Q Healthcare Investors (HQH) and H&Q Life Sciences Investors (HQL) are trading at discounts that are higher than the long-term averages, while the industry doesn't look that bad. Last week, MCHP and ONNN announced their intentions to tender for ATML at $5 a share. ATML hasn't raised more so far, possibly because of lack of confidence on the availability of funds for the merger, more so considering that ONNN has dropped around 15% today, after acquiring Catalyst.
