Best Network May 25, 2007
In America, consumers are still choosing their wireless network based on the quality of converage. And VZ wins hands down. No contest. I think they can maintain this lead, and as such I'm long VZ.

Disney is a perfect example of leveraging multiple sources of content to work together. When I was watching SportsCenter (remember ESPN is owned by ABC, which is owned by Disney... Mickey knows sports), they did a Pirate of the Caribean and Pittsburg Pirates mashup clip. A highlight reel of yesterday's Pirates game alone is moderately interesting, and a trailer for Pirate of the Caribean alone is also mildly interesting, but mashing the two clips together really enhanced the experience and made......

Their high yield savings account is a great teaser to get people involved in their service. It has really allowed them to enter the common consumer's dinner table conversation, and this exposure has significantly helped drive adoption and user acquisition.
