Dividend 50 Portfolio buys and holds 50 dividend stocks using multiple valuation factors such as cash flow and payout ratio. It seeks to outperform SP500 on annual basis with lower volatility than SP500.

This model will invest in foreign securities listed on US exchanges.
Contrary to a buy-and-hold strategy, which puts investment capital in the same stocks over multi-year period, our computer algorithms constantly look for better opportunities to reuse current investment capital to buy undervalued stocks by selling existing overvalued stocks partially or in full. Our computer algorithms ensure the same investment capital works harder to participate stock mispricing opportunities.

This model will invest in foreign securities listed on US exchanges.
Use proprietary computer algorithms with the goals to maximize gains and minimize risks. With computer algorithms, exposure to risk is actively managed, human emotion and buy-sell bias are eliminated from the equity investing process, unnecessary market timing is avoided, and continuous participation of market is possible for long-term growth.
This diversified portfolio buys and holds 50 dividend stocks. This portfolio is rebalanced at least annually with turnover rate below 100%.
Positions are sold when stocks become more expensive relative to other stocks based on dividend quality factors, and are replaced with stocks of cheaper valuations. This portfolio stays invested in the market 100% of the time in order to collect dividends.
